What You’ll Do
- Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, processes, and tools across the organization.
- Lead all aspects of day-to-day management and execution of specific projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality constraints.
- Provide governance, support, and oversight for multiple projects.
- Lead the project teams, track progress, and address issues to keep the project on track.
- Engage with high-level partners on activities across projects and at the project level
- Establish knowledge management repositories and facilitate knowledge sharing across projects.
- Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure project and portfolio performance.
- Monitor project performance against predefined objectives and metrics.
What Will Make You A Great Fit
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations, management, or engineering required
- Proven track record in internal or external portfolio management
- Strong presentation skills (verbal and written), time and project management skills (PMP or other Project Management certification is nice to have)
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with vendors and other external resources
- Experience with scheduling tools a must
- Experience handling relationships
- Experience managing, mitigating, and resolving risks
- Understanding of various project management process and methodologies
- Strong problem solving skills
- Experience in all phases of game development from concept to completion
