The Social Responsibility Associate is responsible for assisting the Social Responsibility team with day-to-day program support of NFL cause and community initiatives. The position will support the Sr. Director of Social Responsibility on how community initiatives are integrated throughout the NFL business, with a specific focus on supporting efforts to expand and deepen collaboration with key NFL sponsors. The position includes partnership management, event planning, internal and external communications, project management and communications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with execution and management of key NFL community relations initiatives.
  • Work with nonprofit and corporate partners to maximize impact and create opportunities to highlight community work.
  • Plan and execute community projects at NFL marquee events year-round.
  • Work with corporate communications to write and review communication materials press related to promoting community programs.
  • Assist with management of the NFL’s Community social media handles.
  • Create visually appealing presentations for use internally and externally.
  • Support the department with administrative functions such as processing invoices, management of project timelines and other tasks.
  • Identify and create new programs and event ideas, demonstrating a strong understanding of the department’s goals and objectives.
  • Constantly evaluate how NFL Social Responsibility can enhance existing programs and build new ones.

Required Qualifications

  • Education Requirements: BA or BS required
  • Years of Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

  • NFL employees are required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. This role will likely require additional hours on nights and weekends. In-office work required.

Salary / Pay Range

The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.

 

Salary
$25$30 USD
