The Sports Business Affairs Executive’s role is to support and advise sports Agents and Executives on issues arising from a wide array of commercial transactions including: endorsement agreements, representation agreements, commission agreements, brand consulting, event production, services and contractor agreements and other general corporate matters. The incumbent must be thorough, detail-oriented, flexible, self-driven and collaborative. Although not an exhaustive list,
will include the following: Prepare, review and negotiate a wide range of sports-related commercial agreements, such as endorsement agreements, consulting agreements, services agreements, representation agreements, event production agreements, vendor agreements, intellectual property license agreements, NDAs and releases. Advise Agents and Executives on business and legal strategy for sports transactions of varying complexity and provide real-time and thoughtful advice to agents and executives on a variety of business and legal issues
Qualified lawyer, ideally with at least 4 years PQE. Background in commercial/sports law, either in-house or in private practice.
