We're seeking a detail-oriented Sports Executive to manage daily sportsbook operations and homepage content, while executing commercial plans. This role is integral to our sports operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning while supporting broader strategic initiatives.

What you will be doing:

Daily Operations Management

• Execute sportsbook daily operations related to homepage content management
• Manage content of the trading offer to ensure we always put up the best customer proposition
• Maintain and update the Sports Calendar

Content Implementation

• Create and update banners, landing pages and related content
• Implement required Sports translations 
• Execute planning as agreed, keeping a good relationship with all teams active on the Sports Vertical to ensure operational excellence
• Document and Follow-up on any test, experiment, project
• Report performance on a recurrent basis

Engagement & Customer Support

• Assist with F2P & Social initiatives
• Handle 2nd level customer support for sports betting queries 
• Address official complaints related to sports betting

Commercial Execution

• Execute agreed commercial plans in coordination with stakeholders
• Support competitive analysis initiatives
• Assist with CRM and marketing campaign implementation
• Provide regular reporting on key sportsbook metrics

• Has basic understanding of sports betting operations
• Has excellent time management and organization
• Has good communication skills with ability to work across departments
• Has knowledge of major sports and betting markets
•  Is responsive, aware, proactive, and creative.
