The Role

As a Statistician Recruitment & Training Manager, you will be responsible to streamline the recruitment and training of the global network of statisticians. You will be responsible to take strategic decisions regarding the team processes based on your collaboration with key stakeholders. You will be leading a team of analysts and one specialist, and you will be ultimately expected to establish operational excellence that aids the Statistician Network Delivery verticals.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor the overall recruitment and training delivery. Escalate deviations from set expectations with the respective Statistician Network Delivery vertical.
  • Oversee and delegate day-to-day tasks within the team. Establish exceptional operational efficiency that drives sustainable growth.
  • Oversee the process of establishing Statistician Recruitment & Training OKRs and make periodic reviews of set targets.
  • Oversee and manage the recruitment and onboarding process of SRT Analysts.
  • Take ownership of all risk management practices in relation to your team.
  • Implement controls that ensure high level of policy compliance across the network.
  • Provide continuous coaching and leadership to direct reports. Facilitate their personal and professional development.
  • Provide ideas for communication and content creation towards the Statistician Network.

 

Requirements

  • Experience of successfully leading diverse teams and the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Methodical and analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to deal with challenges and be efficient under pressure.
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to connect and influence.
  • Communicates clearly, concisely, and confidently at the right level of detail.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
  • Data management skills and strong MS Office competence (PowerBI knowledge is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and highly efficient personality.
  • Basic knowledge of Football, Basketball, Volleyball, and a variety of other sports.
