The Still Photo Technician (Crew) must be willing and able to fulfill the following obligations listed below:
Be available to work at all home games for the applicable team, including, but not limited to the following:
All preseason, regular season, and postseason home games
Staffing for any games not played at your home stadium (ex: international games) will be assigned by the League’s Football Technology department
Games that are flexed by the NFL
The NFL will work with you on scheduling any games that may be rescheduled or relocated
Arrive at the stadium at the time designated by the Purple Hat Crew Chief (four [4] hours before kickoff), and stay at the stadium until dismissed by the Purple Hat Crew Chief
Must provide the Purple Hat Crew Chief with all issues or notes that arose during the game prior to leaving the stadium
Be able to provide technical assistance to coaches, players, and team staff members of the Home or Visiting team without personal bias to any one team
Must have excellent communication and people skills to interact with video staff, coaches, and players
Must be able to focus on the task at hand, not the game
Must be able to work in high pressure situation
Must possess the following computer technology skills (training will be provided):
TCP/IP and Ethernet networking
Administrative troubleshooting and maintenance
Strong knowledge of all peripheral connectivity
Windows proficiency
Microsoft Surface Pro tablet proficiency
Wi-Fi setup, connectivity, and troubleshooting
Must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose computer hardware problems
Must be able to understand and troubleshoot video components:
Troubleshooting and configuring video encoders
Troubleshooting and connecting fiber cables
Video path troubleshooting and testing
Must be able to set up, operate, and troubleshoot the Still Photo Viewing app on Microsoft Surface Tablet (training will be provided)
Must be able to physically setup and breakdown equipment as directed by the Purple Hat Crew Chief
Responsibilities
Must be able to physically setup and breakdown equipment as directed by the Purple Hat Crew Chief
Remove all necessary equipment (ex. Microsoft Surface charging carts) from storage and setup in applicable locations (coaches booths and sidelines)
Must be able to remain at assigned location throughout the game
Breakdown and return all equipment to appropriate storage location as directed by the Purple Hat Crew Chief
Must have excellent communication skills to interact with NFL IT, DVSport, Football Technology Rep, GDOC, etc.
Must review weekly SOP from Microsoft and DVSport and follow all updates and directions as needed

Responsible for accurately reporting working hours in timekeeping system
Must notify the League's Football Technology department of any scheduling conflicts at least one (1) week prior to game day
All candidates must comply with NFL policies
Candidate may not be a full time, part time, or gameday employee of any NFL team
Expected Hours of Work
Approximately 8 hours per gameday (setup begins 4 hours prior to Kickoff)
$37/hour

This role requires onsite presence at an NFL office or stadium location, and remote and/or hybrid working options are not offered.
