As a Technical Manager at CD PROJEKT, you will take the lead on managing updates and improvements to our Warsaw campus. • Managing and coordinating projects related to modernizations, renovations, and reconstructions of existing buildings and infrastructure at the CD PROJEKT campus in Warsaw, ensuring budget, quality, and timeline compliance from start to finish.
• Overseeing the technical maintenance of the properties, including collaboration and coordination with external service providers such as technical managers, maintenance staff, and property administrators.
• Participating in the development of opex and capex property budgets.
• Sourcing bids for design work and construction services.
• Negotiating and contracting design and construction work.
• Coordinating design work and supervising construction and installation projects.
• Reviewing technical documentation, including executive designs and as-built documentation.
• Ensuring proper archiving of documentation.
• Managing financial and accounting settlements for assigned projects.
