What We are looking for

As a Trading Manager, you will have a crucial role within the trading team, focusing on the Brazilian market.

Also, you will act as a liaison enabling smooth communication with the local team, HQ Trading team, marketing teams, and operations in order to engage all parties in the process, and will track the achievement of trading targets for Brazil.

What you will work on

• Oversee the initial creation, pricing, and live lifecycle of all markets (Pre-match and In-Play), ensuring odds are mathematically sound and aligned with global benchmarks.
• Monitor global betting volumes and real-time exposure. Proactively adjust prices and risk limits to balance the book and maximize margin across the entire sports portfolio.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of trading operations, including feed stability, automated trading logic, and manual intervention protocols.
• Act as a key liaison between the Trading floor and other departments (Marketing, Country Managers, Product, and Tech) to support localized campaigns and seasonal business goals.
• Conduct continuous analysis of market trends and competitor pricing to ensure the brand maintains a "best-in-class" position on key events.
• Coordinate with third-party data and platform providers (Sportradar, Genius Sports, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of pre-live and live data feeds.
• Manage shift distribution and team performance to ensure high-quality 24/7 coverage of the global sports calendar.
  

What You Bring

• A deep understanding of probability theory and how to convert statistical data into betting odds.
• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, emphasizing the ability to interpret athletic performance as data.
• Minimum of 4–6 years in a Sportsbook environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior-level role.
• Proficiency in using trading software (MTS/Trading consoles) and advanced Excel for modeling sports outcomes.
