The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the organization and ensuring that the company adapts effectively to evolving business needs. This specialized role focuses on managing and executing HR projects related to organizational transformation. The HR Project Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, aligns efforts with strategic goals, and ensures successful project implementation. 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has the ability to produce meaningful results and create value;
  • Has a Master’s or a Bachelor’s degree;
  • Has at least five years of human resources project management experience;

What you'll be doing:

1. Project Planning and Strategy

  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    2. Project Execution

  • Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring all project tasks are completed on schedule. 
  • Manage project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation. 
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. 

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with HR leaders and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations. 
  • Facilitate regular meetings and updates to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
  • Address and resolve project-related issues and concerns promptly. 

 4. Resource Management

  • Allocate and manage resources, including team members, budget, and technology. 
  • Ensure optimal utilization of resources to meet project objectives. 
  • Monitor and adjust resources as needed to ensure project success. 

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. 
  • Measure project success against established KPIs and objectives. 
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management. 

6. Change Management

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support project outcomes. 
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders and employees impacted by project changes. 
  • Ensure smooth transition and adoption of new processes or systems. 

7. Compliance and Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all HR projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. 
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards. 

8. Communication:

  • Maintain clear communication with team members and senior leadership. 
  • Share project goals, expectations, and updates transparently. 
  • Foster a collaborative environment to achieve successful project outcomes. 

9. Analytical Thinking:

  • Analyze HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Use insights to enhance employee happiness, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
