We’d like a motivated and enthusiastic post-graduate to join our Customer Service team for a 3-month internship program. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various aspects of working in a tech company in the games industry.

You will…

Providing information and resolving customer queries about our different games, the Carry1st Shop, or different payment options
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via all our customer service channels
Forward and escalate issues to relevant departments and stakeholders
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools

Requirements

What makes you a great candidate?

You are a postgraduate not in employment
You are interested in a career in customer service and the tech, e-commerce or games industry
You are an excellent communicator, especially in written form
You are fluent in Arabic and English
Ability to work independently and as part of an international team environment
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment
