What We are looking for

As a VIP Event Host, you will deliver exceptional customer service at various events, including football and basketball matches, corporate meetings, and other company-hosted activities.

What you will work on

• Provide outstanding service to guests during events.
• Communicate event-related details to management, staff, and customers.
• Support operational and promotional efforts to ensure event success.
• Collaborate with event planners, caterers, and vendors, resolving issues to maintain smooth event execution.
• Assist high-value players and VIP guests, ensuring top-tier hospitality experiences.
• Uphold the highest standards of responsibility in managing the company’s most valuable clients.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Events Management or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Fluency in English
• Flexibility to attend special events
