About the VP of B2B Revenue Operations at Headspace:

We are seeking a seasoned revenue operations leader to join our best in class sales organization as we continue to scale. As a key member of the go-to-market leadership team reporting to the President, you will lead and oversee the company’s operations strategy and execution in the employer benefits space, playing a critical role in developing efficient, data driven strategies for the go-to-market team.

What you will do:

  • Own and lead on non-customer facing issues impacting the success of the GTM team, developing the strategies to resolve them, in collaboration with other organizational areas as needed.
  • Lead prioritization, execution, and enablement of systems across revenue operations, marketing operations, enablement, and client-facing analytics.
  • Leverage data to execute the sales planning process, including updates to territory and quotas, staffing, and compensation plans.
  • Design, document, implement and monitor the sales compensation plans, partnering with key stakeholders across the business to ensure they are fit for purpose.
  • Support execution sales management disciplines and processes, including territory assignment & reviews, weekly/quarterly forecast, QBRs, pipeline analysis and development, account planning, quota assignment, and budget allocation.
  • Review, establish and maintain enduring systems and workflows for pricing and contract support; owning the deal approval process between Commercial and Finance teams. 
  • Lead, manage and evaluate commercial tools, processes, policies and programs to ensure continuous productivity and effectiveness.
  • Ensure that commercial systems of record enable high-fidelity capacity planning across commercial and care operations teams.
  • Manage field enablement programs and processes across direct and leveraged sales channels.
  • Support communication cadence on internal and Board-level communications on B2B business performance. 

What you will bring:

Required Skills:

  • Progressive experience in B2B revenue operations roles for 10+ years, with the last 5+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Proven experience leading and influencing cross-functionally across key stakeholders in commercial, marketing, finance, and operations
  • Experience building revenue operations practice from the ground up
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams
  • Demonstrated passion for information and business intelligence; thorough understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Demonstrated progressive experience in Salesforce and associated systems administration and management
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical and detail oriented, strong project management skills with a drive for results
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced, unpredictable environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in employer benefits and/or health plan markets

Pay & Benefits:

The base salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skills and scope required, relevant licensure and certifications, and unique relevant experience and job-related skills. The base salary range for this role is $164,000-$247,000.

Our salary intelligence, powered by our AI algorithms, has calculated an estimated range for this position between $150,000 - $225,000 . Please note that the actual salary for this position may vary, as it is dependent on various factors including but not limited to experience, location, and market dynamics.
