The Opportunity 

We are looking for a Senior Partner Acquisition & Relationship Manager (all genders) to help scale Europe’s leading sports and wellness platform. The Urban Sport Club Partner Management team is on a mission to build and maintain the best and most diverse sport and wellness offering for their customer base. This entails finding and acquiring quality sports and wellness providers in the Netherlands, but also developing rural areas according to companies' needs to become the leader for corporate wellness in the Netherlands.

This role is all about developing our partner network: you’ll ensure we identify fitting partners, convince them of our purpose and ensure a smooth onboarding process to our network. Also maintain and develop current partner relationships and be their trusted advisor.

What You Will Do

• You are comfortable building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
• You own the whole acquiring process of our partners from identifying inbound partner leads, through negotiation to contract signing
• You develop the partner network in the Netherlands with a focus on relevance towards our corporate clients
• You monitor and further develop the Acquisition Process
• You keep CRM up to date and logging all communication with partners
• You take over contract expansion talks and support maintaining long term partnerships
• You ensure a smooth transition to partner support team for onboarding of new partners

What you need to succeed 

• You bring at least 3+ years sales or account management experience preferably in a fast paced environment
• You can build relationship to internal and external stakeholders easily 
• You balance empathy your relationship-building skill with data-driven decisions to align partner needs 
• You have in-depth knowledge of the Sports, Health and Fitness industry in the Netherlands
• You are desired to learn and improve to succeed in the role, ideally experience within the sports industry 
• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills both written and verbal in Dutch and English
