About the Role:
We are looking for a clinical account manager to join our dynamic Oxford Programmes team. In this role, you will support the implementation of several NICE EVA (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence, Early Value Assessment), and DTAC (Digital Technology Assessment Criteria) Compliant digital therapies across various organisations, as well as leading the ongoing account management of clients that have purchased these therapies. This role would be well suited to someone who has a clinical background and has experience of, or is looking to move into clinical management. The successful applicant will have a passion for driving and overseeing clinically based projects through a strong operationally-focused approach.

About the Therapies:
Koa Health, in close partnership with Oxford University, provides evidence based digital tools which have been demonstrated to improve outcomes and an efficient use of clinical time. 

These tools support children, young people, and adults.

Children and Young People: 

  • OSI (Online intervention for Child Anxiety)
  • OSCA (Online intervention for Adolescent Social Anxiety)

Adults:

  • iCT-PTSD (Internet Delivered Cognitive Therapy for PTSD)
  • iCT-SAD (Internet Delivered Cognitive Therapy for Social Anxiety Disorder)


You Will:

  • Assist clinical leads and operations team in deploying digital therapies to clients.
  • Own the overall successful relationships with our clients.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal business partners to launch and support ongoing service delivery.
  • Prepare, organise, and deliver training materials, liaising with clients to facilitate training sessions and ongoing education.
  • Support project management activities to ensure successful client launches.
  • Manage our client facing learning management platform, including ensuring training materials are accurate and up to date.
  • Manage and direct help desk queries appropriately.
  • Prepare and disseminate data reports, including utilisation patterns and outcome data.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of the Community of Practice platform.
  • Support commercial team in sales engagements, as needed

About You
Essential:

  • Experience with digital health solutions
  • Strong academic background
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Commercial acumen
  • Good understanding of statistics and data analysis
  • Strong time management skills and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
  • Proficient in using computers and software, including Excel, Google Docs, and Asana (nice to have)
  • Experience in managing large databases and producing tailored reports
  • Strong writing skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a nursing or other as an NHS Nurse or other clinical role experience a huge bonus
  • Website editing skills, including HTML
  • Advanced statistical analysis and report writing experience
  • Experience with project management software

Please note that the actual salary for this position may vary, as it is dependent on various factors including but not limited to experience, location, and market dynamics.
