We’re on the hunt for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to steer our technological voyage. As our CTO, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Zing’s future, ensuring our technology not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our fitness enthusiasts. We are seeking a seasoned leader with a rich background in developing scalable tech solutions and a knack for engineering processes. 

Responsibilities

• Chart out a robust technology roadmap in harmony with our ambitious product strategies and business goals

• Take charge of the product development lifecycle from the spark of an idea to its market launch and beyond, ensuring each phase is innovative and impactful

• Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest and greatest technologies, positioning Zing as a trailblazer in the fitness tech space

• Assemble and captain a stellar team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation

• Guarantee that our project timelines are sharp, efficient, and adaptable to ever-evolving priorities and challenges

• Build a rock-solid framework for data management, ensuring data quality that drives decision-making and performance tracking

• Ensure our systems are ironclad and compliant with global standards, protecting our users and their data with utmost integrity

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar senior technology leadership role

• Extensive knowledge of technology systems, development methodologies, and best practices

• Strong experience with AI and machine learning technologies

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead a technical team effectively

• Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performance systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and leading through change

• Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen, adept at navigating the intersection of technology and business growth

• Languages: English (C1+), Russian (native)
