Who are we looking for?

The Commercial L&D Specialist is a key player in ensuring our ComEx organization delivers best-in-class training and development opportunities, specifically tailored for Commercial Specialists, with a focus on the Key Account Manager Organization. Working closely with the ComEx Manager leading Commercial Enablement, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders and our Centers of Excellence.

As a Commercial L&D Specialist at Lenus, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • End-to-End Program Ownership: Take charge of delivering a growing portfolio of training programs that support the establishment of best in class sales behaviors that foster positive customer experience (providing customer value, driving sales best practices and objection handling, stakeholder management etc)
  • Collaboration for Success: Work closely with internal partners and if relevant external vendors to develop and implement essential programs, tools, and collaterals that equip and enable our Key Account Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
  • Content Management: Manage the assets library and Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is up-to-date, effective, and compliant. Identify opportunities that can drive performance and revenue from an L&D perspective
  • Innovative Training Solutions: Contribute to identifying, evaluating, developing, and managing new training programs or tools based on skills gap analysis, enabling customer-facing roles and Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs across commercial teams
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to developing and managing an annual training schedule and live-virtual programs in alignment with ComEx criteria (e.g., business impact, customer needs) and the company’s business pillars

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience with L&D in a relevant field like sales enablement (or a little more experience in an adjacent field, like sales training, account management or training and education) 
  • Strong passion for communication, with excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Enthusiastic collaborator with the ability to work cross-functionally with a lot of different stakeholders
  • The ability to absorb lots of (often technical) information, and synthesize it into useful and actionable information
  • Creative mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Results and KPI oriented with excellent organization and planning skills
  • High degree of business acumen

Joining the ComEx team, you'll work with two ComEx Managers reporting to the CRO. As the Commercial Enablement Specialist, you will directly report to the ComEx Manager leading Commercial Enablement.
