Two Circles is a global sports agency, connecting fans with sport properties using data. We work with some of the world’s biggest sports organisations – including The Premier League, World Rugby, UEFA, Wimbledon, the ECB – and have four times been named Sport Industry Agency of the Year. We have a team of over 950 Two Circlers working from 14 cities across APAC, North America, and EMEA, serving our expanding international client base.

Our Rights Management division acts as a sponsorship sales resource for iconic global sports rights holders. We successfully market the unique emotion of sport, and rationalise the value of sport sponsorship using data, to drive commercial results for rights-owners and record returns for brands. We have led and closed over $1.2bn in sponsorship rights for some of the world's biggest sports properties, including recent record-breaking deals for UEFA Women's Football, the New Zealand Rugby and Mercedes F1.

We aim to optimize revenues for our clients whilst allowing each to avoid the long-term fixed costs associated with maintenance of large in-house sales teams. We are focused on solving problems and not selling assets, and we are ambitiously expanding our clients, geographies and our sales team.

As a Commercial Operations Executive you are the glue of our sponsorship sales capability. Your role is to implement project plans across the diverse portfolio of clients that we sell sponsorship rights for. You will work closely with our sales managers, as well as other sales support functions including design and insights.

Requirements

Responsibilities may include:

  • Quality control & responsibility for the weekly output of bespoke outreach materials that the Sales team use to approach prospects
  • Creative collaboration with the Design team to create bespoke and premium physical materials & gifting for sponsorship sales meetings
  • Track global logistics through delivery partners to ensure that physical outreach is delivered on time to CEOs and CMOs around the world
  • Coordinate the creation of sales materials including, but not limited to, client media shoots, event & hosting opportunities, premium presentation packs & bespoke digital websites
  • Upload & maintain our sales data onto Salesforce, tracking engagement & conversion
  • Be the day-to-day contact on process management, budget tracking & stock control
  • Build great relationships with each team, using and developing brilliant communication skills to ensure that project deadlines are hit

If the above sounds exciting, but something you've never done before, you are in the right place! All of these tasks can be learned on the job. There is no set-profile for a Commercial Operations Executive, however, if you have these attributes, you'd likely make a great Two Circler:

  • Growth mindset, seeking out feedback and always being willing to learn
  • Diligent attention to detail, and care for your work
  • Strong work ethic evidenced in both academic and extracurricular activity
  • A commercial understanding of what businesses need to be successful in achieving their goals
  • Great self-starting attitude - able to undertake a task on your own initiative
  • A natural tendency to be hands on, and practical in thinking
  • Some experience of Excel could be useful
  • Being values led, and a respectful and approachable team player
