About the role We are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to join our Revenue team on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
You will be accountable for accelerating the performance of the Australian Open online store, including day-to day management and driving innovation to deliver revenue growth and best-in-class digital customer experience. In this role you will be responsible for: Owning the end-to-end management of the AO online store, including site merchandising, content, and overall look and feel Leading product strategy and buying, curating collections to maximise commercial outcomes Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, EDM, and social to drive traffic and conversion Driving growth initiatives, including Marketplace, click & collect, and new revenue opportunities Using data and insights to optimise performance, including reporting, KPIs, and continuous improvement Overseeing ecommerce operations and P&L, including platform functionality, fulfilment, and financial performance About you To be successful in this role you will: Proven experience leading and scaling ecommerce platforms, ideally in a fast-paced retail or direct-to-consumer environment Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing P&L and using financial insights to inform decision-making Expertise in digital marketing across social, SEO, SEM, and EDM/lifecycle campaigns Hands-on experience with Shopify (or similar platforms), with a solid understanding of backend functionality Demonstrated success in commercialising digital channels to drive direct-to-consumer revenue growth Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia What’s to love?
