THE POSITION Our 12-week internship program offers undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various Functional Areas within our organization. Interns will work closely with mentors and team members to contribute to real projects and initiatives, developing skills essential for success in their respective fields through meaningful assignments, networking opportunities, and professional development sessions. We offer two types of internships: Associate Internship (Sophomore/Junior Level): • Duration: 12 weeks minimum commitment • Eligibility: Associate's program and Bachelor’s program • Objective: Provide students with foundational experience and exposure to our organization's operations and culture. Responsibilities: • Assist team members in day-to-day tasks and projects. • Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop essential skills. • Contribute ideas and insights to team meetings and brainstorming sessions. • Complete assigned projects within given deadlines. Senior Internship (Seniors, Graduate Students, and Recent Graduates): • Duration: 12 weeks minimum commitment • Eligibility: Senior undergraduate students, graduate students, or recent graduates (within previous 24 months) • Objective: Provide advanced experiential learning opportunities aligned with students' academic and career goals. Responsibilities: • Take ownership of individual projects under the guidance of mentors and team members. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. • Analyze data and present findings to stakeholders. • Develop and execute strategies to address real-world challenges. Both internship tracks offer valuable learning experiences, networking opportunities, and mentorship to help interns succeed in their academic and professional endeavors. Interns are expected to work within these hours. Department Placement: While we welcome interns to indicate their preferred departments, please note placement is based on both preferences and an evaluation of your background and experience. As a result, you may be aligned to a different department to ensure the best fit for your skills and development during the internship. Languages • Fluent in English and/or Spanish and French.
