About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Founder's Associate to join our rapidly growing team.

This is a high-impact, generalist role working directly with the Founder and leadership team. You will act as their right-hand, managing strategic projects and day-to-day execution to drive growth and operational excellence.

You will have an impact on day one. Our business is scaling by the day. You'll work on ambitious projects, and your learnings will stay with you for whatever else you do in your future career.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Founder & Exec Team
• Support on high-priority initiatives: strategy, operations, growth, PR, and key partnerships.
• Act as a “force multiplier” — freeing up the Founder’s time to focus on mission-critical activities.
  
• Client & Stakeholder Management
• Manage external communications including PR requests.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for C‑Suite, Board, and investor audiences.
  
• Research & Analysis
• Conduct market, product, and competitive research to shape business strategy.
• Build and maintain financial models (under CFO's guidance) and dashboards to monitor performance and inform leadership decisions.
  
• Operational Excellence & Project Management
  
• Oversee internal ops: Asana task flows, office admin, and basic HR functions.
• Manage UpWork hiring - simple and complex gigs to execute tasks.
• Identify, lead, and operationalise repeatable processes for scaling key activities, including partnerships.
  
• Execution & Problem Solving
• Jump in wherever needed—solve cross-functional challenges and own projects without a clear owner
• Run around town where needed to execute - with energy and grit.
  

Qualifications:

• AI literate - strong skills across all the major AI models for fast efficient research and creative generation.
• Proven experience in a startup environment or relevant internship experience.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage various stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task execution.
• Passion for fitness and technology.
