As a freelance German Transcreator and Copywriter, you will transcreate our various types of content and capture the Freeletics spirit and values in your words. Your Responsibilities

Transcreate Freeletics content from English to German

Creative writing and localisation of marketing campaigns in cooperation with the English speaking copywriters

Cross-cultural adaptation of marketing copy - including email newsletters, push notifications, in-app messages, buying pages, etc.

Perform creative research to interpret the original copy in order to bring the intended message across, reflect the spoken German language and talk to the target audience’s emotions

Ensure that the Freeletics tone of voice is transferred to the German copy

Master a volume of approximately 7,000 to 13,000 words per month

Your Profile

At least 2 years of proven experience as copywriter / translator / transcreator

German at native-level with excellent communication skills

Creative, with enthusiasm for the sport and fitness, health, motivation, nutrition industry

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a proactive attitude

A reliable, accurate and dependable team player who meets deadlines

Experience in the field of Marketing or Marketing Communications
