We are looking for people to participate in a 5-month challenge from mid May onwards, working with our Freeletics Training Experts and of course, the Freeletics app.


What Happens Afterwards?

With commitment, consistency, motivation, and the support of your fellow Free Athletes, the Freeletics app, and Training Experts, you’ll make big strides towards your goal! You might even have a complete before-and-after transformation video live on the Freeletics social media channels. Are you ready to be an example for yourself and others? Prove it! We know you’ve got this. Commit to yourself. The Freeletics app, our Training Experts, and the Free Athlete Community are here to help you succeed.

  • A free Freeletics app subscription for a year
  • Live training in Munich (and/or remote) 4 times a week - Guided by the Freeletics app and our Freeletics Training Experts
  • A nutrition plan and guidance from our Training Experts on healthy lifestyle changes
  • Filming of your journey to see your growth and to inspire the Free Athletes Community
