Role Overview:

The Global Talent Enablement & Development Coordinator supports the TED (Talent Enablement and Development) team with activities and programs that promote the performance and talent development culture for SIE. This position is responsible for coordinating activities that ensure smooth execution of talent programs including collecting and tracking project status, handling incoming and outgoing requests, preparing supporting documentation for various programs, and other administrative tasks.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinate activities for talent team, playing a key role in managing global SIE program activity related to performance management, talent planning, succession, and other Sony talent programs.
  • Provide innovative solutions to a broad range of moderately complex problems and activities associated with Talent Enablement and Development programs and projects.
  • Keep documents, resource materials, and the intranet up to date to reflect the newest information, ensuring employees have access to the most relevant resources and materials.
  • Create new resources for employees to navigate various Talent Enablement and Development programs, making the process user-friendly and efficient.
  • Draft clear and concise communication for Talent Enablement and Development programs, ensuring information is effectively conveyed to the involved parties.
  • Successfully lead and facilitate update meetings with different individuals involved, fostering collaboration and ensuring smooth progress of projects.
  • Consolidate and analyse data, organising information in a cohesive and meaningful way to inform decision-making processes.
  • Support in running project timelines, updates, and goals, ensuring projects are completed successfully and according to the planned schedule.
  • Effectively communicate project updates and handle requests from a diverse range of individuals involved in the project, ensuring productive collaboration in a timely manner.
  • Partner with internal HR team members to oversee various talent programs, ensuring an exceptional HR experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the global Talent Enablement and Development team.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR, with a preference for experience in talent management or organisational development.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, with the ability to transform data into clear and compelling visual concepts.
  • Experience with Adobe or other publishing tools to create branded materials, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing representation of the company's brand.
  • Work independently and use judgement within defined policies and practices to influence others, showcasing autonomy and leadership.
  • Meticulous and highly organised, demonstrating a proven commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering successful collaboration and effective relationship management.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and take direction from numerous leaders, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with MS Teams, facilitating efficient communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Must have flexibility with hours due to the global nature of the role and participation in calls with EMEA/APAC (average 1-2 times a week), showcasing a commitment to partnership and global collaboration.

Please note that the actual salary for this position may vary, as it is dependent on various factors including but not limited to experience, location, and market dynamics.
