OVERVIEW:

We’ve got 3 opportunities to join our Influencer marketing team based 3-days a week from our new NYC offices. In our Athlete Marketing team, you’ll be growing the Gymshark brand through building, managing, and activating a network of authentic partners that connect with our lifting & conditioning community. You’ll be scouting, activating, and managing Creators, ensuring they engage in new product launches and brand campaigns by building disruptive marketing plans and briefs. In this role, you will be expected to travel to meet talent and be point of contact at activations on the ground. With at least 24-months experience in influencer marketing, we are interested in applications for experienced marketeers with salaries in the range $65,000-$85,000 depending on experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Responsible for:

• The Athlete Marketing role manages relationships with key stakeholders (athletes & Influencers) across long & short-term partnerships by activating profiles and maintaining strong relationship between the talent and the brand.
• Always keeping their ear to the ground, identifying new & relevant talent to be activated by the brand.
• Responsible for a team of talent across different relationships stages which may include athletes, external influencers & friends of the brand. Such relationships may vary from one off collaboration to a long-term fixed contract. 
• Build and maintain a strong rapport with the brand network (talent, management, agencies, creators and industry wide taste-makers) utilize strong relationships to maximize opportunities on behalf of Gymshark
• Responsible for executing on strategic marketing plans activating bespoke talent authentically and impactfully, aligned with brand direction and objectives.
• Collaborating with other teams within the business to ensure partners are utilised across the business & marketing mix – Campaigns, Content Creation, Shoots, Events, Providing insights & feedback and use of Partner’s Name, Images & Likeliness.  
• Responsible for clearly communicating partner & industry opportunities to the business & relevant stakeholders, providing opportunities to support business growth.  
• Utilizing the Athlete Marketing network, to plan and execute on annual and quarterly brand plans (Campaigns, brand moments, product launches).
• SENIOR ONLY: Supporting the Athlete Marketing Manager in the day-to-day of the NAM Athlete Marketing team by enabling the team to execute their projects flawlessly, ensuring all projects are progressing and performance is being tracked accurately.
• SENIOR ONLY : Ensure all operational steps are executed in time by leading the comms with the Coordinator and Operations Executive.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Accountable for: 

• Create and execute strategic athlete plans that will grow the Gymshark brand using the Creators,, their audience, their USP & key moments. 
• Reporting on the performance of your roster of partners using KPI’s set by Head of Influence (Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly). 
• Responsible for ensuring partners deliver in full on agreed terms & deliverables within the contract. 
• Staying on top of local trends & discovery of who the next up and coming names in the region, making sure they are engaging with the brand. 
• Ensuring partners are being utilised by the business to support in business growth.

• Strong leadership and communication skills. 
• +2 years experience in Influencer Marketing depending on level of role.
• Fluent English.
• Highly proficient Spanish is preferred.

This role has a salary range between $65,000-85,000 annually depending on experience.
