What you’ll do:

• Provide strategic legal advice to management and ensure compliance with several EU and non-EU jurisdictions.
• Define, streamline, and implement key legal processes for day-to-day operations
• Provide comprehensive legal support to the company on corporate, employment, IP, privacy, and contract law matters
• Conduct legal research, participate in negotiations, and draft and review contracts 
• Offer counsel to staff across all departments on complex issues
• Coordinate with external advisors in different jurisdictions on various projects

Requirements

• Qualified to practice law and in good standing in at least one European jurisdiction
• At least 3 years of in-house work experience in the game development industry
• Strong background in English law 
• Proactive attitude and thrive in a dynamic work environment
• Proficiency in intellectual property law and data protection
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills
