The Sales & Partnerships team licenses content such as films, anime, and Asian dramas to a range of partners — including domestic and international streaming services and broadcasters — with the goal of maximizing revenue.
For each title, the team designs the optimal distribution strategy (which countries, which timing, and which partners to deliver the content to), and is responsible end-to-end, from contract negotiation through revenue management. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the team plays a central role in delivering the value of content to the market and establishing it as a viable business.
This role, within the Sales & Partnerships department (licensing sales), will be responsible for sales of the various rights associated with titles that the company produces and acquires — including domestic and international streaming, TV, and international merchandising — with the aim of maximizing sales and profit. We expect this role to be split roughly 70% international anime sales and 30% domestic streaming sales (some adjustment is possible depending on the candidate's prior experience).
