THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Martech Growth & Insights Manager - B2B Enterprise to our Martech  team in Sao Paulo! 

The Marketing Technology Growth Squad is a steadfast team of multidisciplinary experts dedicated to propelling business growth through the strategic utilization of technology and marketing tools. Our Martech Team represents the bedrock of our commitment to creating consistent, seamless, and captivating omni channel user journeys and experiences to leave a substantial footprint on our business.

 

We're persistent in our passion for harnessing the latest MarTech tools to elevate user interactions, drive growth, secure and nurture customer relationships, and cultivate the overall expansion of our brand. Our collective expertise spans across a spectrum of disciplines, enabling us to seamlessly fuse business insights with technical excellence. This fusion allows us to craft marketing strategies that resonate across diverse channels, all fortified by a robust suite of tools and assets. These encompass Customer Data Platforms (CDP), A/B/N Testing, real-time personalization at scale platforms, CRM, CMS, lead management, web and app analytics, data science predictive models, and more!

YOUR IMPACT

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyzing extensive data from marketing channels and customer touch-points using analytics tools. Collaborating with the Data Analytics team to create dashboards and models for actionable insights into customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance.
  • Customer-Centric Insights: Extracting customer needs, preferences, and pain points through data analysis. Using insights to refine marketing strategies for personalized customer experiences.
  • Strategic Roadmap: Developing roadmaps and projections (in collaboration with the Data Analytics team) based on historical data, trends, company OKRs to develop opportunities with B2B Enterprise clients.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with various departments, including revenue marketing, sales, product marketing, and product engineering, to align Martech initiatives with the company's growth strategy.
  • Customer Journey Enhancement: Mapping customer journeys and identifying opportunities for improvement and personalization in collaboration with other teams.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identifying opportunities for improving conversion rates across touchpoints and working with cross-functional teams to enhance customer journeys.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Partnering with the lifecycle marketing team to nurture leads and customers through personalized email marketing, onboarding sequences, and education initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Martech Expert and Tech-Savvy Explorer: You have expertise in martech, with extensive experience in using various tools and platforms. Your knowledge goes beyond surface-level understanding; you have expert-level insights to offer. Experience with Hubspot and Segment are nice to have!
  • Agile Proficient: You can demonstrate expertise in Agile methodologies for adaptive project management in the dynamic Martech landscape.
  • Project Executioner: You have the ability to lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful implementation of Martech and Data initiatives on time and within scope.
  • Detail-Oriented Analyst: Meticulous in data analysis, uncovering valuable insights.
  • Growth Mindset: Change doesn't faze you; you embrace it with enthusiasm. You're always willing to learn and adapt, believing in the power of continuous improvement, and eager to embrace new trends and technologies as they emerge. Besides that you promote change at scale!
  • Effective Communicator: Able to translate complex data into accessible insights both in Portuguese and Advanced English. You have the ability to make data-driven findings accessible to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ethical Steward: Data privacy and ethical practices are non-negotiable for you. You're dedicated to upholding the highest standards in these areas.
