Azra Games is searching for a meticulous Office Manager with a talent for organization and a commitment to our dynamic gaming studio's mission. This pivotal role will ensure the seamless operation of our bustling company office in Sacramento, fostering a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors and team members. We're seeking someone who will exceed expectations, creating a supportive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office budgets and expenses, including reconciling invoices and tracking spending against budget allocations.
  • Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company standards.
  • Liaise with building management and vendors for facility-related issues and services. Manage G-suite calendar and scheduling, coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Arrange travel plans and compile documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Draft and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Track expense reports and purchasing requests for supplies.
  • Welcome scheduled visitors and direct them accordingly.
  • Act as custodian of corporate documents and records, including maintaining employee records.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Design, furnish, and maintain our Sacramento headquarters.
  • Coordinate lunches and events while ensuring the cleanliness of our space.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Coordinate office equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Handle inquiries and correspondence via email, phone, and in person.
  • Assist with HR tasks such as maintaining employee files, processing paperwork, and coordinating benefits enrollment.
  • Monitor and order office supplies to ensure sufficient stock levels.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by upper management.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Administrative experience.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gmail) and related internet software.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, personable, and proactive.
  • Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information.
  • Excellent decision-making and judgment skills.

Job Type:

  • Full-time

Pay:

  • $25.00 per hour
