We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our vibrant Miami team! In this role, you’ll be the heart of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and creating a welcoming environment where our team can thrive. If you’re a strong communicator who loves multitasking and is passionate about fostering a positive workplace, this is the perfect opportunity.
As our Office Manager, you’ll own it—taking charge of administrative activities, optimizing office operations, and providing the support our team needs to reach new productivity levels. With your customer-focused mindset, you’ll ensure that everyone who walks through our doors experiences exceptional service, from employees to visitors.
You’ll also be a true team player, collaborating closely with colleagues across all departments and our Copenhagen HQ to ensure seamless task and project execution. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining a dynamic and engaging work environment where creativity and collaboration flourish.

Key Responsabilities
  • Ensure a well-functional and appealing office.
  • Assisting the office in day-to-day operations
  • Administrative tasks
  • Assist with People and Culture tasks, such as TA-related tasks, vacation planning, onboarding of new joiners, and other admin tasks.
  • Coordinating social events and gatherings
  • Coordinate with external vendors to coordinate contracts and operational activities like catering, cleaning, office space designers, reception, and building management.
  • Making sure that meeting rooms are ready for today's meetings
  • Greet visitors and be the first point of contact
  • Supervise all financial administration related to running the office.
  • Ad hoc tasks include Watering the plants every Monday, cleaning after lunch, restocking beverages in the morning, and ordering groceries weekly.
