YOUR ROLE

As a Performance Marketing Coordinator in the Stio Marketing Department you will work with the Performance Marketing team to drive customer acquisition and revenue through the affiliate influencer program.

You will work with the team to manage seasonal activations, identify and vet creators as well as build and maintain relationships with influencers. You will assist in scaling the current program through identifying new influencer groups based on marketing objectives and increasing the current creator roster.

The affiliate influencer program is a growing channel that aims to increase Stio’s community and drive revenue through mutually beneficial partnerships. Influencers are provided with gear credit, commission and opportunities to connect with other creators.

The Performance Marketing Coordinator reports to the Director of Performance Marketing.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct ongoing influencer discovery and recruitment based on brand fit, audience engagement and following to assist in scaling Stio’s affiliate influencer program. Heavy focus on TikTok and Instagram partnerships
Manage day-to-day communications with influencers. This includes contract negotiations, brand briefing, onboarding, managing product orders/fulfillment and ensuring timely execution of deliverables
Develop and maintain relationships with influencers to create strong brand advocates
Assist in executing promotional moments with influencers
Upload and maintain influencer content
Maintain knowledge of current influencer and industry trends
Assist in monitoring and maintaining influencer discount codes
Prepare materials for influencer programming, either in person or virtual
Assist in affiliate influencer program reporting and post-activation reporting
Additional responsibilities as necessary

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1+ years of digital marketing experience and/or influencer marketing experience
Bachelor's degree or greater
Working knowledge of all major social media platforms including TikTok and Instagram
Familiarity with performance marketing KPIs and metrics
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google products
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong familiarity with GRIN or similar creator management platform
Strong creative judgment skills to identify on-brand content
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be able to handle a high volume of work and do what it takes to meet deadlines

We provide competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives and benefits. The base salary range for this role is $36,000-$50,000. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of the range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications.
