YOUR ROLE
As a Performance Marketing Coordinator in the Stio Marketing Department you will work with the Performance Marketing team to drive customer acquisition and revenue through the affiliate influencer program.
You will work with the team to manage seasonal activations, identify and vet creators as well as build and maintain relationships with influencers. You will assist in scaling the current program through identifying new influencer groups based on marketing objectives and increasing the current creator roster.
The affiliate influencer program is a growing channel that aims to increase Stio’s community and drive revenue through mutually beneficial partnerships. Influencers are provided with gear credit, commission and opportunities to connect with other creators.
The Performance Marketing Coordinator reports to the Director of Performance Marketing.

THE FINE PRINT
We provide competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives and benefits. The base salary range for this role is $36,000-$50,000. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of the range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications.
