We are actively accepting applications for a Project Manager II to join our Project Management team.  In this role, a successful candidate will focus on working directly with SIDEARM clients, both current and new, to guide them through the process of launching their website while working hand in hand internally with our Sales Team, Designers, and Developers to make sure the process is executed successfully within the predetermined timeframe.  You will be assigned specific clients to manage from start to finish, making sure each step is executed effectively.  You will be the client’s direct point of contact, throughout the entire process leading up to launch of their website.

Our Ideal Candidate:

You have notable experience.  To be the most successful, you’ll need 3+ years being responsible for multiple, time sensitive projects.

You have exceptional communication skills. You’ll be working closely with high-level clients, internal developers, designers, and sales staff.  You will need to be able to communicate specific information to each group clearly and concisely.

You are incredibly organized, and detail oriented. You’ll be managing multiple projects at once, along with collaborating directly with internal staff, making sure each project is completed on time.

You’re confident, but coachable.  You should be as excited to work and learn from us as we are from you.

You work well as a team.  You’ll need to be able to navigate working with talented and passionate multi-functional teams to execute client requests successfully.

You embrace change. You’ll be working in a world that is constantly evolving and possess the ability to create and implement new processes, as necessary.

You are dedicated.  SIDEARM is a company full of passionate team members who truly care about what they do, who they do it for, and who they do it with, and we’ll expect the same from you.

Success Criteria:

Your success will be measured based on your ability to effectively communicate with clients and SIDEARM staff.  Your communication, via email, phone or in person, to both the client and internal staff, will be an important piece to making each project flow smoothly and ensure on time completion.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to meet timeline and milestone dates as well as management of deliverables and expectations.

  • Inform and proactively report on project status to key internal stakeholders, with respect to project schedule and client expectations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, overseeing process flow and ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.

  • Proven experience with Outlook and the Office 365 suite.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Podio.
  • Ability to effectively communicate well with others in accomplishing tasks.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
