The Production Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth process, communication and delivery against deadlines, highlighting and proposing mitigations of risks. They are the operational business lead for the project. This role is central to the project, ensuring appropriate paperwork is created, managing and negotiating contracts and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will need to be driven, solution-oriented, and have a positive attitude, as this will be a new IP, and there will be many challenges to overcome before the project is launched.

Working hand in hand with the NBA’s internal Business Lead to create the business plan for the Project and oversee the operational side of the development phase of this project to help bring it to market.

Creating and overseeing the Project Deliverables list, timeline and critical milestones, identifying efficiencies and optimisation opportunities across the Project.

Negotiate best value with suppliers, manage process onboarding (SAP, vendor onboarding), procurement processes, and deal memo creation, and ensure due diligence paperwork is submitted and processed where necessary.

Identify and create optimised workflows across the project, ensuring clear communication to enable all relevant areas to be informed about the project's latest

Manage and book logistics for the team and freelancers and co-ordinate logistics with external agencies and partners.

Create the event plan per event with deadlines, deliverables, and RAG status; all relevant stakeholders who will travel will be accounted for.

Create a credentials process, ensure health and safety guidelines are followed across the project and manage the delivery of the sustainability policy.

Ensure the delivery of production paperwork to allow content to be distributed to 3rd parties.

Manage meeting cadence and create follow-up notes and actions, ensuring there is always a clear agenda in meeting invitations.

12+ years of previous experience as a Production Executive or Project Leader in a similar role across media, events or esports, ideally on a new sport or property

Understanding licensing, music licensing and necessary clearances and production paperwork, including health and safety, sustainability, GDPR and working with people under 18

English + a second European language is preferable.
