Let’s start with the role

The Sales Manager reports to the Senior Sales Manager and is responsible for overseeing both internal and outsourced sales operations in specific markets. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, ensuring efficiency, and fostering strong relationships with BPO partners to achieve strategic sales goals.

 
As a Sales Manager you will:
  • Oversee resource and headcount allocation in specific markets.
  • Design and implement project roadmaps with clear deliverables and Sales KPIs, ensuring SLA commitments per market.
  • Manage BPO vendors, defining strategies focused on results and building sustainable relationships through an understanding of business drivers.
  • Manage all aspects of BPO relationships, including meetings, communications, queries, and escalations.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives within the Sales operation and collaboratively with other areas.
  • Ensure correct Sales data flow and reporting, designing systems for feedback distribution to respective teams.
  • Ensure alignment in SOPs and smooth cooperation among operational leads and peer functions.
  • Foster effective interactions and alignment with stakeholders at all levels using a long-term strategic perspective.
  • Create high-performing Sales teams by ensuring all direct reports have SMART objectives.
  • Inspire and nurture a commitment to the organization’s vision, values, and purpose.
 

What you’ll bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales Management and/or Sales Operations, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools such as DMAIC, Histogram, Ishikawa, and Pareto chart.
  • Solid experience in managing, motivating, and developing BPOs and high performing Sales Teams
  • Excellent understanding of CRM tools and campaign planning.
  • Superb organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of analytical skills combined with effective decision-making capability.
  • Passion for Sales, with a data-driven approach and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Availability to travel for occasional face-to-face meetings with colleagues, partners, or third parties.
  • Fluency in English and excellent command of additional languages (Romanian, Bulgarian, or Czech).
  • Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.
