CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech QA Analyst to join our Publishing team in Warsaw. Publishing QA is a team working across various projects, and had successfully supported releases of projects like Cyberpunk 2077 on Switch 2, ongoing Cyberpunk 2077 patches and The Witcher 3 REDkit. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and stability of our games, and we are looking for candidates with a strong technical background and a deep understanding of QA methodologies and tools. Daily responsibilities

• Take ownership of QA responsibilities for multiple titles simultaneously, from early development through release.
• Coordinate testing workflows with external QA partners, setting expectations and verifying delivery quality.
• Conduct comprehensive testing of video games, focusing on technical aspects such as automation, rendering, engine stability and performance
• Identify, report, and verify bugs related to technical aspects of the game like performance, stability.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical-focused test checklists, adapting them as game features evolve.
• Ensure checklists fully cover critical technical systems, continuously improving test coverage and depth.
• Collaborate closely with development, design, and UX teams to ensure the technical experience aligns with both creative intent and technical requirements.
• Provide constructive feedback on design and UX aspects to support meaningful iteration.
• Document testing processes, issue logs, and testing results; ensure QA documentation is organized and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Represent the company’s QA standards and product quality to external studios and partners.
• Test the performance, usability, and stability of gameplay features across target platforms.
• Analyze technical data and QA reports support and solidify decision-making and risk management around technical features.
• Ensure consistent performance, stability and integrity parity across platforms (PC, consoles, etc.).
