Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented temporary Associate to support our team with critical analytic, research, and presentation tasks. The ideal candidate will possess robust skills in creating presentations, conducting market research, and building financial analysis, with a focus on the global Sponsorship sector. This position will play a key role in supporting decision-making and presenting insights to internal stakeholders. This role will be covering a leave, and will have a finite end date.

Responsibilities

  • Creating presentations, slides, and storylines in PowerPoint presentations
  • Design, edit, proofread, and format high-impact materials for meetings and executive briefings.
  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and professional standards in all visual materials.
  • Conduct, format and quality check Financial Modeling & Analysis
  • Develop, run, and maintain basic Profit & Loss (P&L) models in Excel.
  • Conduct quantitative analysis and interpret results to support business cases and strategic recommendations
  • Review Sponsorship Market Research including the global Sponsorship market, with a focus on key categories and emerging growth targets.
  • Conduct deep dives into market trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities in the UK, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Spain, Germany, and Australia.
  • Summarize findings in clear, actionable formats for leadership review.
  • Create and refine talking points and briefing memos in Word for senior executives and stakeholder engagements.
  • Organize information logically and ensure accuracy, relevance, and readability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with strong skills in formatting, editing, and presentation design.
  • Experience building and analyzing basic financial models, especially P&L statements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to synthesize research into concise and influential documents.
  • Proven analytical abilities
  • Experience in generating process documentation and reports
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Prior experience in market research or sponsorship analysis is an asset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage projects and user testing
  • Extensive experience with data visualization
  • High proficiency in technical writing

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

This job posting is for a position with one of the NFL’s third-party agency partners that provides services to the NFL. The individual selected for this role will be an employee of that third-party agency and not the NFL. All compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment are handled by the agency. The assignment to provide services to the NFL will be limited in duration but may be extended for an additional period by agreement between the NFL and the agency.

This role is temporary, with a finite end date.

Salary / Pay Range

This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job in the location(s) specified. The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials, or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.

Salary
$30$30 USD

This role requires onsite presence at an NFL office or stadium location, and remote and/or hybrid working options are not offered.
