CrossFit is looking to hire a Sr. Manager to join our Global Partnerships team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new partnership sales while also managing the day-to-day operational execution of select partner programs.  This includes successful prospecting, pipeline management, and building strong relationships with brand decision makers while achieving individual sales goals and contributing to the overall department goals and objectives. This role requires a strong background in partnership sales and account management and will play a critical role in growing the global partnerships portfolio at CrossFit.  This position will report to the VP, Global Partnerships.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
      Create compelling and customized sales presentations that effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with CrossFit
      Research and identify key categories, companies, and contacts to pursue for potential partnerships to achieve individual and department revenue goals
      Manage partnership negotiations with prospective and renewal partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached
      Effective daily management of partnerships including the successful implementation of new accounts and development of existing accounts
      Manage the planning and execution of partners’ contractual elements
      Directly work with the sport and operations teams to deliver on partner requirements
      Collaborate with the marketing team to curate and develop content for partners to share with their audience to drive more engagement for the CrossFit brand
      Analyze and interpret data to understand the health of an account and provide strategic recommendations in line with derived insights
      Effectively maintain sales pipeline and reporting documents, as well as other duties are directed
 
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
      Proven experience in partnership sales and business development
      Exceptional account management and customer service skills
      Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales plans
      Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments where thoughtfulness, an entrepreneurial mindset, persistent execution, and ability to form relationships drive your success
      Passion for CrossFit’s mission to be the world's leading platform for health, happiness and performance
 
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
      Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
      5-7 years of relevant partnership sales and/or account management experience with a league, property, or agency
      Technical proficiency with Google Suite, MS applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), CRM systems, and DigiDeck
