Position Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to provide implementation and oversight of the tools and technology supporting our International Talent Acquisition Team. This position will be responsible for evaluating our strategic framework for all recruitment related platforms, systems, operations and metrics that currently support the Talent Acquisition function. The incumbent will lead efforts to up- level said platforms and systems where appropriate and needed..

The goal of this position is twofold: (1) To provide our TA Team, Candidates and Stakeholders with the best and most efficient talent acquisition experience, ensuring an optimal user experience for all. (2) Ensuring we are using the most effective and efficient tools and implementing best in class practices for operational excellence. 

The successful incumbent will have a data-driven mindset, ability to build strong relationships across the company, and have a proven track record of driving results. The ideal candidate will be deeply focused on data, consistency, process efficiency, tools and technology.  

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage TA related technologies and third-party vendors, including the applicant tracking system, internal career site, job boards and other supporting systems and tools.
  • Assist with data projects, including partnering with leadership and central teams to create and maintain recruiting metrics and dashboards. 
  • Implement enhancements to existing technology with thought leadership and robust change management strategies & techniques.
  • Implement new TA technology through project management, tactical tool configuration, partnership and strategic management. 
  • Document recruiting practices and manage a knowledge database for the TA tools, technology and platforms. 
  • Handle vendors and contracts including with our payroll partners.
  • Assist with capturing, defining, reporting, and build the narrative related to key metrics for the TA function. 
  • Ensure tactical support for technological resources and recruiting applications are in place while applying an understanding of relevant legal precedents, policies, and practices to remain in compliance with local regulatory requirements (e.g., EEO and FLSA).
  • Own all audits and compliance as it relates to global legislation & regulations.
  • Build training presentations and tools and assist with communications and change management to ensure a successful launch and adoption of new tools, technology and/or process changes.
  • Create consistent practices across Global TA teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years’ Talent Acquisition work experience; at least 5 years in a Global Company.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruiting information/Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems and data, business process optimization, and operations required.
  • Prior experience as a Recruiter preferred.
  • Prior experience implementing ATS and CRM’s; minimum of 2-3 implementation efforts. 
  • Knowledge of current external recruiting research and trends to craft strategies and impact decisions.
  • Understanding of regulatory environments as they pertain to recruiting and hiring.
  • A drive toward innovation and challenging the status quo; willingness to test new ideas and learn from outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence without authority.
  • Ability to build working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be recognized as a Subject Matter Expert and trusted advisor in all recruitment matters.
  • Ability to manage immediate priorities while anticipating future needs.
  • Strong team player who emphasizes team success over individual success.
  • Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid organizational, project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to pivot between strategic initiatives and tactical implementation. 
  • Proven ability to act as a translator and liaison between Tech and End Users.
  • Exhibits “linear thought process” and critical thinking. 
  • Confident, while humble; able to “push back” and question, while maintaining relationships.  
  • Demonstrated Training Skills; understanding audience, building presentations and training tools and delivering them.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $109,800 and $160,000 per year. 

However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.   Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.  Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
